SUSPECTS IN DEATH OF 7-YEAR OLD HAVE BOND SET

THE THREE PEOPLE CHARGED WITH THE DEATH OF A 7-YEAR OLD APPEARED IN COURT TODAY AND HAD THEIR BONDS SET. TIMOTHY HAUSCHULTZ, TINA MCKEEVER-HAUSCHULTZ, AND TIMOTHY’S 15-YEAR OLD SON, DAMIAN, ARE SUSPECTS IN THE APRIL 20TH DEATH OF ETHAN HAUSCHULTZ. INVESTIGATORS SAY ETHAN HAD BEEN HIT, KICKED, POKED, REPEATEDLY SHOVED TO THE GROUND AND A HEAVY LOG WAS ROLLED ACROSS HIS CHEST BY DAMIAN. DAMIAN ULTIMATELY BURIED ETHAN IN ABOUT EIGHTY POUNDS OF SNOW AND THE BOY DIED FROM HYPOTHERMIA AND BLUNT FORCE INJURIES TO HIS HEAD, CHEST AND ABDOMEN. ETHAN HAD BEEN CARRYING THE LOG AROUND THE YARD AS A PUNISHMENT AND DAMIAN TOLD INVESTIGATORS HE BECAME FRUSTRATED AT ETHAN FOR DROPPING THE LOG NUMEROUS TIMES. A MANITOWOC COUNTY JUDGE SET DAMIAN’S BOND AT $150,000, TIMOTHY’S WAS SET AT $100,000, AND TINA’S WAS SET AT $75,000. ALL THREE SUSPECTS ARE SCHEDULED TO RETURN TO COURT ON FEBRUARY 11TH.
