BOAT CRASH CHARGES

A NEENAH MAN IS CHARGED FOR A BOAT CRASH THAT TOOK THE LIVES OF TWO SISTERS BACK IN AUGUST. 44-YEAR OLD BRIAN SULLIVAN WAS CHARGED IN WINNEBAGO COUNTY COURT YESTERDAY (MONDAY) WITH TWO COUNTS OF HOMICIDE BY USE OF A VEHICLE WITH A PROHIBITED ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION. SULLIVAN’S B-A-C WAS .093 WHEN HIS BOAT COLLIDED WITH ANOTHER BOAT DRIVEN BY KIM LAABS ON LAKE WINNEBAGO, KILLING LAABS’ TWO DAUGHTERS, 26-YEAR OLD LAUREN LAABS AND 20-YEAR OLD CASSIE LAABS, AS WELL AS THEIR FAMILY DOG. A DNR REPORT SHOWS THAT THE LAABS HAD THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEN THE CRASH OCCURRED. SULLIVAN FACES UP TO 25 YEARS IN PRISON AND A $100,000 FINE ON EACH OF THE FELONY CHARGES.
