APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Appleton Police are investigating an incident that occurred on Monday morning involving an unsafe interaction involving a moving vehicle.
According to the Appleton Police Department, officers responded to a northern Appleton home for a person with life-threatening injuries.
The investigation’s initial findings indicate that a person was riding on the outside of a vehicle, and officers found them on the ground.
Aid was given at the scene before the person was taken to a nearby hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
