MENASHA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 57-year-old Menasha man was indicted on Tuesday by a federal grand jury on allegations that he received child pornography.
Richard Frohling, Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced on Tuesday that Todd Grimm faces three counts of child pornography, allegedly received on various dates in February, May and July 2023.

Each of the three counts carries a mandatory five years of prison time with up to 20 years, and/or up to $250,000 in fines if convicted.
The case was investigated by the Menasha Police Department.
