GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Farmers Market on Broadway kicked off with special guests on Wednesday afternoon, courtesy of some young entrepreneurs.
On Broadway, Inc. highlighted its Mini Boss on Broadway initiative just before the Farmers Market opened up, as the program encourages local youth to get business savvy.
Bakery and culinary class in De Pere teaches local children how to make pretzels
The program allows eight youth-run and owner businesses to hold a booth at the weekly Farmers Market on Broadway. 2025 marked a new addition, with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin in attendance to help the young business owners showcase their products.
