JANESVILLE, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities are investigating a shooting that left three people dead and one critically injured Tuesday morning at an apartment complex in Wisconsin.
According to the Janesville Police Department, officers were dispatched at 11:04 a.m. to a report of a family issue at an apartment on the 2600 block of N. Pontiac Drive. While responding, dispatch received multiple additional calls reporting shots fired at the same location.

Officers entered the apartment and found four adult victims. Three were pronounced dead from gunshot wounds, while the fourth victim was found critically injured. Officers performed life-saving measures at the scene, and the surviving victim was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say the investigation remains active and that there is no known threat to the community.
