SAUKVILLE, Wis. (WFRV) – One person in Wisconsin was recently arrested following a traffic stop after deputies reportedly found more than 190 grams of marijuana and nearly $1,500 in cash.
According to a release from the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy stopped a vehicle on I-43 at State Highway 33 for speeding.
Officials say there were three people inside the vehicle at the time of the stop, and the vehicle was filled with heavy smoke from cigars.

Citing inconsistencies in their travel story and suspicious behavior, deputies deployed K9 Odin, who alerted to the vehicle, prompting a search.
Following a search of the vehicle, deputies found and seized the following:
- 192.5 grams of marijuana
- Unused baggies
- $1,437 cash
- Digital scale
- 2 cell phones linked to suspected drug activity
The owner of the vehicle was then arrested on a charge of Possession with Intent (THC) and is being held on a $1,500 cash bond.
