(WFRV) – On Saturday, the Xavier girls soccer program shutout #3 Ozaukee/Random Lake 2-0 in the DIIII State Championship game to capture the program’s fourth state title.
In dominating fashion, the Hawks never allowed Ozaukee/Random Lake to get a shot on goal. Xavier’s Sydney Neilitz and Helayna Krueger both scored goals to help power the Hawks to victory.
Xavier finishes the season with a 21-3-1 record on the year and a gold ball – the team’s first since 2008.
