HARRIS, Mich. (WFRV) – After inclement weather pushed 7:30am tee times back to noon, the expectation was that round two would leak into Sunday, so only a few golfers would finish their rounds on Saturday.
Out of those who turned in their scorecards before the seven o’clock hour, Sophia Schubert stole the show. The seventh-year pro shot a bogey-free five-under par to take sole possession of the lead prior to the later sessions of tee times.
