ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) – Members of the Ashwaubenon Public Safety state that they carried out a successful mission at Mission BBQ on Monday.

According to a post on social media, crews from the Ashwaubenon Public Safety were called to the Mission BBQ on South Oneida Street to assist with a broken halyard on the restaurant’s flagpole.
With Monday seeing some high winds, the restaurant was said to be concerned about the flag possibly getting blown away from the flagpole and onto the powerlines nearby.
APS crews appear to have successfully removed the flag from the broken halyard, stating, “Mission successful at Mission BBQ.”
