NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – The Dairy Queen in Neenah that has raised money for local law enforcement on several occasions was back at it again, raising $2,100 for three K9 programs.
On May 15, the Dairy Queen at 450 South Commercial sold Archie’s Famous Popcorn bags with a twist, dyeing the treats blue and raising money to support local K9 units.
On Tuesday morning, the Fox Crossing Police Department posted that the fundraiser helped provide $700 each to three departments:
- Menasha Police Department
- Neenah Police Department
- Fox Crossing Police Department
Of course, the money is going towards supporting the local K9 units, so Fox Crossing K9 Hans got a special ice cream cone as a reward.
