The charges stem from an incident on July 16, 2024, at the Oneida Casino on Mason Street, where Broadnax, reportedly a banned patron, was in a bathroom and allegedly stated she would begin shooting if security approached her.
Broadnax was taken into custody without further incident. No firearm was recovered, but the criminal complaint noted she swore at officers and threatened legal action.

With the court’s finding, the criminal case against Broadnax has concluded.
