LONG LAKE, Wis. (WFRV) – On Friday night, an alleged suspect in an ongoing Green Bay homicide investigation was found hiding out in a cabin in northern Wisconsin.
According to a release from the Florence County Sheriff’s Office, around 6:30 p.m. on June 27, the Green Bay Police Department notified them about a suspect who may have fled to a cabin in the Town of Long Lake.
Authorities then confirmed the suspect, who had two felony warrants, to be in Long Lake.

Thanks to assistance from the Marinette County Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT), the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
