GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Packers fans were given the gift of quite a unique sighting in the Green Bay skies on Sunday evening.
Despite somewhat gloomy weather, some people headed out in the rain to the Lambeau lots as the United States Navy Blue Angels performed a surprise flyover of historic Lambeau Field.

The Blue Angels made the flyover around 5:15 p.m. as they were en route from an air show over the weekend in Eau Claire to another air show scheduled for July 5 and 6 in Duluth, Minnesota.
There are several more air shows left on the summer schedule for the Blue Angels, including air shows in Milwaukee on July 19 and 20.
