Green Bay’s historic Fire Station No. 1 set for redevelopment as commercial space
The event will feature over 20 of the country’s top professional log rollers, including former World Champions Anthony Polentini, Tanner Hallett, and Shana Verstegen.
The Roleo was founded in Onalaska in 2008 by professional log roller siblings Jacob Rick and Katie Rick Burke.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event is free and family friendly with eventgoers, in addition to the log rolling, being able to enjoy ive music, food trucks, and family-friendly activities.
The Roleo coming to Howard is a great example of how our communities are expanding opportunities for residents and visitors to experience unique, high-caliber events. This is more than a sporting event; it’s a celebration of Wisconsin heritage, outdoor recreation, and community spirit.

Along with the professional event, an amateur event will be held on Friday, July 11, at 4:00 p.m. and will feature emerging athletes and community participants.
Both events will be rain or shine; the only delays would be for thunderstorms. Free parking is available off Glendale Avenue, and guests are welcome to bring chairs or blankets.
