The Latest from Storm Team 5…
Good morning! After heavy rain and storms plagued the area yesterday evening and overnight, we are beginning our day cloudy and humid with a few isolated showers.
Plan on cloudy skies and a chance of spotty shower for the morning through about the lunch hour, with clouds departing from west to east for the afternoon. Highs will be warmest out west were the sun appears earliest and cooler lakeside where the clouds will depart last. Highs will range from the low 70s to low 80s. Dew points will stay muggy for most of the day, with improvements coming this evening.
Additional rainfall amounts will be pretty meager, but if you get into a downpour, a half to three quarters of an inch of rain.
Overnight, mostly clear skies and the humidity will exit. Lows tonight will fall into the low to mid 60s.
Monday will be a very nice day in northeast Wisconsin. Mostly sunny skies and finally a day where the humidity will not be a concern. Highs in the upper 70s and low 80s.
Our next rain and storm chance arrives Tuesday morning, but besides a few isolated pop up storms for the afternoon, most will see a dry rest of the day. The humidity will return with highs in the low to mid 80s.
