From Storm Team 5…
Finally, a drier stretch of weather to take us into Thursday – expect a lot of sunshine to start the day. More cloud cover will arrive through Thursday afternoon ahead of a warm front. Highs will be near 80 with an easterly wind keeping lakeshore areas in the lower 70s.
Thursday night, a few showers and t-storms will be possible – nothing widespread or heavy. Friday is looking warm and humid with highs in the low to mid 80s. Chances for a pop-up t-storm return through the heating of the day on Friday with a better shot at t-storms and downpours Friday night and lasting into Saturday. Highs on Saturday will be near 80 again but the humidity will be elevated.
Sunday is your dry day of the weekend – with highs in the low to mid 80s — we could flirt with 90 on Monday!
