The Latest from Storm Team 5…
Despite the clouds, it has been a nice summer day out there, just a little humid with dew points in the low to mid 60s.
For tonight, a weak low moving out of Iowa tracking into southern Wisconsin will bring in mostly cloudy skies tonight and small chance for a shower or isolated rumble of thunder areas south and west of Green Bay overnight. Lows tonight in the low to mid 60s.
Tomorrow, partly to mostly cloudy with a chance for an isolated shower or storm throughout the day. Our better rain chance will arrive later Friday evening and night, where once again we could see some isolated heavy downpours.
Highs will work back into the upper 70s and low 80s, and the muggy meter will spike into the upper 60s to around 70.
A few scattered showers and storm are possible Saturday around midday. A storm or two could be strong, producing gusty winds, downpours and small hail. I do think we clear our for the evening and overnight. Highs will reach the upper 70s and low 80s once again on Saturday.
Sunday, very nice weather with mostly sunny skies, fairly comfy dew points and highs in the low to mid 80s. After that, the heat returns Monday through Wednesday.
