PULASKI, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials in Pulaski say a 17-year-old girl from the Oneida area is now facing charges after being arrested as the second suspect in the Memorial Park shooting on Friday night.
According to a release from the Village of Pulaski Police Department, officers first responded to Memorial Park on the 600 block of South St. Augustine Street around 10:40 p.m. after reports of shots being fired during a fight where one person was armed with a knife.

Once on the scene, police found an 18-year-old Pulaski man appearing to be suffering from a gunshot wound and rendered immediate aid until he could be taken to a Green Bay area hospital.
Officials say they initially arrested an 18-year-old Green Bay man without any further incident on the following potential charges:
- First-degree recklessly endangering safety
- Injury by negligent use of a weapon
- Disorderly conduct
Police have since arrested a 17-year-old girl from the Oneida area, believed to be involved in the incident, and are referring the following charges to the Brown County District Attorney’s Office:
- Substantial battery
- Strangulation and suffocation
- Disorderly conduct
At this time, authorities believe all involved parties have been identified. The 18-year-old victim has also been released from the hospital and is cooperating with law enforcement.

Officials say a handgun and a knife were recovered from the scene, and additional charges could be filed as an investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
