GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – American Transmission Co. (ATC) has once again partnered with the Einstein Project to deliver a free, mobile STEM education experience to thousands of children across Wisconsin.
Now in its second year, the Mobile Design Lab aims to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math, while also addressing the academic “summer slide”, the learning loss that many children experience during summer break.

The Mobile Design Lab offers a wide range of immersive, interactive programs, including activities in computer science, 3D printing, laser cutting, and coding. During its inaugural year, the initiative reached approximately 3,000 children across the state through nearly 80 workshops.
This year, the program is expected to engage even more families by expanding its reach to new locations.
Upcoming lab visits include a stop at the Wrightstown Library on July 22 from 1 to 3 p.m., and another at the Kewaunee Public Library on August 4 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Through this continued partnership, ATC and the Einstein Project are committed to supporting STEM education by providing students with valuable skills and sparking curiosity in fields critical to the future workforce.
