HAYWARD, Wis. (WFRV) – A 53-year-old man from northern Wisconsin was arrested on outstanding felony warrants on Sunday after a reported domestic disturbance led deputies to his location.
According to the Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office, deputies, along with LCO Police Officers, investigated the report, which occurred in the Northwoods Beach Community of the LCO Reservation.
Investigations led to the possible location of the alleged suspect. The man was subsequently taken into custody for both the domestic disturbance and multiple felony warrants from Wisconsin and Minnesota.
The suspect, identified as Daniel Corbine of Hayward, was found to have a vehicle reportedly stolen from Minnesota. Deputies searched the vehicle and found over 25 grams of suspected meth, 70 pills believed to be Oxycodone and other drug paraphernalia.
Corbine was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of Stolen Property
- Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I or II Narcotics
- Possession with Intent to Distribute Amphetamine
- Domestic Disorderly Conduct
- Domestic Battery
He is held on a $10,000 cash bond along with a probation hold and a Minnesota warrant.
