Strong winds also caused damage in other areas. In Black Creek, a trained weather spotter reported siding and roof damage to several buildings. And in Keshena, the Menominee Tribe Emergency Manager confirmed trees and power lines were downed shortly after 5:15 p.m.
It’s not yet clear whether that damage in Keshena was the result of a tornado. The National Weather Service plans to send storm survey crews to investigate further.
