TAYCHEEDAH, Wis. (WFRV) – Multiple people were taken to hospitals, with one person seriously injured after a crash involving a delivery van and a pair of SUVs on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, dispatchers received several 911 calls that reported a three-vehicle crash in Taycheedah at the intersection of U.S. Highway 151 and Golf Course Drive.

Officials from multiple agencies responded, and initial investigations indicate that a 36-year-old Green Bay man driving a delivery van/box truck struck an SUV driven by a 39-year-old Fond du Lac woman.
The woman reportedly was stopped attempting to make a left turn and head west, and upon being struck, the vehicle went into the southbound lane and hit an SUV driven by a 55-year-old Fond du Lac man.
The delivery driver was taken to a nearby medical center for evaluation, while the 55-year-old man was taken to another hospital for minor injuries. The woman was hospitalized and later transferred to Froedtert in Milwaukee for serious injuries.

The crash is still under investigation, as USH 151 between County Highways K and WH was closed for about 90 minutes.
