FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is urging people to make better choices while driving, no matter what time it is.
In a Facebook post, a deputy is seen having clocked a driver at nearly 106 miles per hour just before 2:30 a.m.

According to the post, the driver reportedly had alcohol in their system and didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
“There may not be many cars on the road at 2:26 a.m., but our deputies are,” the post said. “Traveling 106mph, with alcohol in your system to boot, is a cocktail for disaster.”

The deputy was able to stop the driver and get them off the road, keeping others safe in the process.
