GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Nearly two years after a deadly shooting in Green Bay that killed a 30-year-old man, two men have been arrested.
According to the Green Bay Police Department, two Green Bay men were arrested in connection with a deadly shooting that happened on November 3, 2023. The two men were only identified as being 40 and 41 years old.
It was mentioned that the U.S. Marshals Service collaborated in the arrest.
One dead, one hurt following motorcycle crash in Manitowoc County
The two suspects were found by authorities on July 28 and sent to the Brown County Jail.
The victim of the 2023 shooting, identified as 30-year-old Carlos Otero-Aviles, was shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Western Avenue while at a party, police said.

There were no other reported injuries from the incident. Police said the investigation is still active, and witnesses are advised to come forward.
