GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The annual ‘Kiddie Karnival’ kicked off at 5 p.m. on Thursday for children and families across Green Bay.
Until 8 p.m. on Thursday, families and their children can attend the free event to socialize, play and have a fun time at Leicht Memorial Park.

The event has tickets for raffles and carnival games for about $.05 each.
From ‘ducks in a pond’ to other beloved carnival festivities, the family-friendly night features plenty of smiles.
