APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Dairy Queen locations across the area are raising money for pediatric patients in the Fox Valley and Wisconsin as a whole.
Dairy Queen Miracle Treat Day is an all-day event on Thursday, with participating locations donating at least $1 for every single Blizzard® Treat sold.
Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay prepares for school year with Stuff the Bus event
The money will go towards Children’s Wisconsin and local members of the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Last year’s edition of the fundraiser raised almost $25,000.
Dairy Queen and Children’s Wisconsin representatives were out and about at the more than 60 locations across the state and Upper Peninsula to encourage people to support the kids and those who care for them in dire situations.

Many locations held raffles and other festivities to promote more fundraising efforts and encourage people to chip in.
