MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) – Originally worn during the 2019-2020 NBA season, the Milwaukee Bucks announced on Friday the return of the fan-favorite “Cream City” uniforms for the 2025-2026 season.

Officials say the cream color of the Nike Cream City Edition uniforms is a nod to the color of the bricks that built the foundation of the city, inspiring the City of Milwaukee to receive the moniker “Cream City.”
This uniform embodies the history of Milwaukee and its ‘Cream City’ moniker with a design that celebrates the cream city bricks that our city was built with. The Cream City uniform has been a fan-favorite since its debut, and we’re thrilled to see it back on the court this season.

Officials add that the green and blue stripes, along with the script and font of the uniforms, pay homage to the history of the Milwaukee Bucks franchise while also adding a modern twist to the design.
The shorts of the uniform feature a stylized “M” at the bottom, with the shorts’ buckle being described as a “salute to the state of Wisconsin.”
Bucks fans looking to get their hands on new Nike Cream City edition merchandise will have to wait a few months as the Cream City retail collection, including the new jerseys, will not go on sale until November.
