The Brewers have recorded three win streaks of 12 games or more, but the one in 2018 came at the end of the regular season and carried into the MLB playoffs. The first time came during the 1987 season, when Milwaukee started 13-0. The 12th win that year came on Easter Sunday, punctuated by Brewers legend Bob Uecker’s famous call of Dale Sveum’s two-run walk-off home run.

Now, 37 years later, Jeff Levering had the call as Brewers pitcher Tobias Myers struck out the final batter to seal the historic win and spark another burger frenzy.
The Brewers nearly reached the milestone earlier this season but fell 1-0 to the Seattle Mariners in their 12th game. This time, Pat Murphy, his pocket pancakes, and what’s called “the power of friendship” propelled Milwaukee to an MLB-best 76 wins and a second shot at free burgers for fans.
