TIGERTON, Wis. (WFRV) – A home on Cedar Street in Tigerton is a total loss after a fire on the evening of Friday, August 15.
According to a Facebook post, the Tigerton Fire Department was called to the scene just after 6:30 p.m. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the attic, but all occupants had already made it out safely.

Firefighters requested help from neighboring departments, using tanker trucks to haul water from two locations. In total, about 540,000 gallons of water were used to extinguish the flames.
No injuries were reported and the fire remains under investigation.
