(WFRV) – In his first year as field manager of the Green Bay Rockers, Josh Merrill capped off one heck of a debut season with the organization’s second championship in the last three years. Green Bay fought back from an 8-4 deficit entering the seventh inning to capture the title in Duluth.
The Rockers weren’t always in the drivers seat for a title-winning campaign as they started the year 8-9. But then, Green Bay finished the month of June victorious in 14 of their final 16 games and carried that momentum all the way into the postseason, winning three road games in a row in order to bring home hardware.
Hear from Merrill as he reflects on a perfect end to the 2025 season.
