FREEDOM, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Outagamie say they believe alcohol to be a factor in a two-vehicle crash that left two people hurt Sunday evening.
According to a release from the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 6:30 p.m. to the intersection of State Highway 55 and Greiner Road in Freedom for reports of a two-vehicle crash.
Officials say a preliminary investigation showed that while one vehicle, driven by a 57-year-old Pulaski woman, was heading north on State Highway 55, another vehicle, driven by a 26-year-old man, failed to stop at a stop sign going west on Greiner Road and crashed into the first vehicle.
