After another quiet and beautiful day in northeast Wisconsin, expect mostly clear skies tonight and temperatures to tumble once again into the 40s to around 50.
A turn of the winds to out of the southwest tomorrow combined with intervals of clouds and sunshine will boost highs into the middle and upper 70s. There is a small chance of a shower up north in the afternoon.
Our better rain and storm chance arrives tomorrow late evening after 8pm lasting into the overnight hours. Severe weather is not expected, but some brief heavy rain is possible. Rainfall totals could reach three quarters of an inch. Rain will exit well before daybreak on Thursday.
Decreasing clouds on Thursday, but a return back to fall like temperatures with highs in the middle to upper 60s.
Big travel day Friday ahead of Labor Day weekend and I am expecting no weather issues. Sun and clouds with highs in the upper 70s.
