GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Two men are now in custody following a police standoff Monday night on the east side of Green Bay.
According to a release from the Green Bay Police Department, officers responded around 9:00 p.m. to a home on the 1600 block of Louise Street for reports of two men entering without consent.
Officers were able to meet with a resident on the scene who confirmed the two men were still inside the home.

One of the two suspects reportedly had multiple felony warrants and a violent criminal history. Police then surrounded the home, making repeated announcements for the men to leave the home, but the suspects refused.
The Green Bay Police Department’s SWAT and Crisis Negotiation Team responded to the scene and helped carry out a search warrant, leading to the arrest of a 32-year-old man and a 56-year-old man, both from Green Bay.
