WAUZEKA, Wis. (WFRV) – A Wisconsin man was arrested after allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance in a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 60.
According to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded Monday to a crash on Highway 60 near Hummingbird Lane in the township of Wauzeka.

Authorities say 60-year-old Edward Pitzer of Wauzeka was traveling east and preparing to make a right turn when his vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle driven by 25-year-old Wyatt Myers of Boscobel. The collision caused Myers’ vehicle to overturn.

Pitzer, Myers, and Myers’ child passenger all escaped without serious injuries.
Myers was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance with a child passenger, operating with a suspended driver’s license, operating without insurance, and possession of THC.
