ANTIGO, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Antigo are asking for the public’s help in finding a lawn mower they believe was mistakenly taken.
According to a release from the Antigo Police Department, around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, a lawn mower was taken from the 200 block of Lincoln Street.

Officers saw the operator of the lawn mower left it to empty out the grass clippings and when they returned, it was gone.
Police believe that whoever took the lawn mower, took it by mistake as being for scrap. The public is being asked to help find the mower which is orange in color and is missing both the grass chute and the grass bag.
