Guests, which could include women leaders within the Packers organization and other women with positions in sports, hospitality, and events nationwide, will get to share the pivotal moments from their careers, including challenges they have overcome and key lessons they learned along the way.
The ‘How 2 Sport’ podcast is hosted by Megan Roberson, the Packers’ manager of booking and event operations, and is said to be “aimed at fostering community, providing insight and inspiring people who are pursuing or considering careers in sports.”
Roberson, whose own career is said to reflect the opportunities for growth available to women working in the industry, is a former soccer player who has also played a key role in planning and executing major events at Lambeau Field, such as serving on the Local Organizing Committee for the 2025 NFL Draft.
Women belong in sports, both on and off the field. There are so many opportunities for women to blaze new trails in this industry, whether as athletes, coaches, or executives. We look forward to sharing the stories of women who have contributed to championship teams and created the ultimate fan experiences. How 2 Sport will help amplify their voices and inspire the next generation of women in sports.
