We could not have asked for a better day here in northeast Wisconsin for the halfway point of the holiday weekend. For tonight, it should remain quiet under mostly clear skies with lows in the upper 40s to around 50. Once again, some patchy fog may develop late tonight.
Besides some fog early, mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s to around 80 are expect for Labor Day this year.
Once all the festivities are done, heads up, the northern lights might be visible overnight Monday. Skies should be clear with lows on the upper 40s and low 50s.
Bring the sweatshirt to the bus stop for the first day of school on Tuesday. Mostly sunny skies all day long though with highs in the upper 70s to around 80.
A cold front will bring a chance of showers overnight Tuesday but more so into Wednesday. Another fall like chill arrives as well, with highs in the mid to upper 60s on Wednesday.
It will really feel like Fall on Thursday into Friday as highs only manage the mid to upper 50s to around 60. Rain chance moves in Friday before a dry and slightly warmer weekend.
