GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Green Bay are investigating after one woman was killed Monday in an early morning traffic incident on the city’s west side.
According to a release from the Green Bay Police Department, officers responded at 2:55 a.m. to the intersection of Packerland Drive and He Nis Ra Lane for reports of a woman exiting a vehicle while it was moving.

Upon arrival, officials say life-saving measures were initiated immediately but were utlimately unsuccessful as the Green Bay woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman’s identity is being withheld, and the streets in the immediate area that were temporarily closed have now reopened.
