There is certainly a chill in the air Thursday morning as thermometers in northeast Wisconsin show readings from the middle 30s to the lower 40s! Grab a jacket before you head out the door. Later this afternoon, highs will only be in the lower 60s – and that’s 10 to 15 degrees below our normal high of 76 degrees for September 4th.
Steady rain is likely tonight in all locations, then winds will pick up big time overnight. Winds could gust up around 40 to 50 miles per hour in some spots into early Friday.
