OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) – The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating a fatal crash near the intersection of High Avenue and Wisconsin Street.
Police say the intersection will remain closed while the investigation continues, and drivers are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
