NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – On Tuesday, a federal grand jury issued a two-count indictment that alleges a man from Neenah used minors to produce child pornography.
According to a release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the indictment against 26-year-old Jeffrey J. Haskell alleges that Haskell “knowingly employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced” minor children for “producing a visual depiction” of the minors engaged in “sexually explicit conduct.”
Authorities say the incidents happened on or about January 11 and again on or about January 24.
