LITTLE CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) – A man from central Wisconsin was arrested for his 5th OWI offense just before 10 a.m. on Saturday during a traffic stop in Little Chute that resulted in the seizure of meth.
A release from the Wisconsin State Patrol states that 29-year-old Moua C. Yang of Wausau was pulled over for speeding on September 13 on State Highway 96 near Sue Street in Little Chute.
During the traffic stop, the trooper reportedly noticed “multiple indicators of criminal behavior and impairment.”

After a subsequent investigation and Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Moua was arrested for operating while impaired, his fifth offense.
Authorities noted that methamphetamine was found in the vehicle.
