WEST BEND, Wis. (WFRV) – A SILVER ALERT has gone out for the State of Wisconsin for an 83-year-old woman who was last seen shortly before 3 p.m. on Monday.
According to a release, 83-year-old Barbara Halpin of West Bend in Washington County was last seen at 2:54 p.m. on Monday, and was supposed to be at appointments, but never arrived and her phone is off.

Barbara is a white woman listed at 5-foot-2, 130 pounds with brown eyes and white shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing reading glasses and an old leather shoulder bag.
She may be in her vehicle, a gold 2003 Toyota Highlander with a sticker on the rear window and Wisconsin License Plate No. ABJ3937.
