OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) – The Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel and its in-house restaurant, Anchor & Port, celebrated their official grand opening Thursday with an afternoon of tours, tastings, and festivities along the Fox River.
The property, purchased by Scarlett Hotel Group in February 2023, underwent a complete renovation and rebrand before relaunching as the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel.

All guest rooms and public spaces were redesigned with a modern, welcoming atmosphere, while the former pool area was converted into Anchor & Port. The new restaurant features a spacious bar and a one-level, open-concept dining experience.

Upgrades also included the introduction of the M Club lounge, which offers exclusive perks for Marriott Bonvoy top-tier members. A new private waterfront dining space, the Lake Winnebago Room, was also added, and event spaces were refreshed, including a ballroom filled with natural light ideal for weddings, meetings, and conferences.
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests enjoyed prize drawings and complimentary boat rides from Your Boat Club to mark the celebration.
