The construction has already started, with Bayland Buildings contracted for the expansion, with a dedicated warehouse space set to be completed in January. It is expected to provide the square footage and functions to support the Phase Two process.
Phase Two is set to break ground in October with completion in May 2026, as the company says it was strategically planned to be ready ahead of peak manufacturing season, with increased capacity.
The expansions will bring the entire facility to over 500,000 square feet after multiple expansions in the past 10+ years.
