Istanbul Doner, a Turkish restaurant specializing in doner kebabs and other traditional dishes, has officially opened inside Bay Park Square.

The restaurant features staples of Turkish street food, including chicken doner, beef doner, and kebabs, dishes that are described as some of the best flavors of Istanbul brought straight to Green Bay.
“We’ve been working hard for this moment, and now we can’t wait to welcome you with delicious food, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable dining experience,” the owners wrote in a social media post announcing the opening.
Istanbul Doner’s menu offers a wide range of items, from platters, salads, doner wraps, and burgers to bite boxes and bowls. For sides and snacks, customers can choose from fries and other small plates. And for those with a sweet tooth, the menu features traditional Turkish desserts, including pistachio baklava and walnut baklava.
The star of the menu, doner kebab, is a Turkish dish made with seasoned meat stacked in an inverted cone shape and slowly roasted on a vertical rotisserie. As it cooks, thin slices of meat are shaved off with a knife, creating a savory and tender filling often served in wraps, on platters, or with fresh vegetables.
Bay Park Square, which has recently added new restaurants and shops, is now home to Green Bay’s latest taste of international cuisine. For locals, Istanbul Doner brings the chance to explore one of the world’s most popular street foods without leaving the city.
