Court records show Octavio Lopez-Placencia’s present bond of $100,000 was continued while a follow-up hearing was scheduled.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 26-year-old Green Bay man accused of multiple drug offenses was in court on Monday while in custody for his arraignment.
Court records show Octavio Lopez-Placencia pleaded not guilty to eight drug offenses stemming from controlled purchases from authorities in September 2025.
Lopez-Placencia is set for a status conference on March 9 at 9 a.m.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 26-year-old Green Bay man accused of multiple drug offenses was in court on December 3 as he waived his preliminary hearing.
Court records show Octavio Lopez-Placencia attended the hearing while in custody at the Brown County Jail, as he waived his rights to a preliminary hearing, with talks of a plea inserted into the record but unspecified.
Lopez-Placencia will be arraigned on January 12 at 10:30 a.m.

Lopez-Placencia’s preliminary hearing is now set for 10:30 a.m. on December 3.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Jaguar-driving Green Bay man accused of multiple drug-related crimes stemming from investigations in July was in court for a status conference on October 9.
Court records show that 26-year-old Octavio Lopez-Placencia was in court while in custody during the status conference, which exceeded time limits after they were waived.
Lopez-Placencia is set for another status conference at 2 p.m. on November 18.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Jaguar-driving Green Bay man accused of multiple drug-related crimes stemming from investigations in July was in court for an initial appearance.
Court records show that 26-year-old Octavio Lopez-Placencia had his cash bond set at $100,000 during the hearing, which was then signed, with a mandate of absolute sobriety set.
He also must report to Criminal Justice Services within 24 hours of the court hearing or release from custody. Lopez-Placencia is set for a status conference at 2 p.m. on October 9.
Complaint: Jaguar-driving drug dealer in Green Bay facing 8 charges

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A Green Bay man had his bond set at $100,000 after he was arrested and officially charged with drug-related crimes.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 26-year-old Octavio Lopez-Placencia was charged with multiple drug-related crimes. Starting in July, authorities made multiple controlled buys from Octavio.
Each time, the items that were allegedly purchased from Octavio tested positive for cocaine.

On September 22, around 1:50, authorities executed a search warrant at Octavio’s residence. Below is a list of the items authorities said they seized from his residence:
- 51.99 grams of cocaine
- 116.55 grams of marijuana
- 34.92 grams of an unknown substance
- 8 Clonazepam pills
- 4 guns
- 1 vehicle
- $1,773
Authorities ended up interviewing Octavio, who said he uses cocaine and marijuana, according to the complaint. He also reportedly mentioned that he gets Clonazepam from Mexico.
During the interview, Octavio reportedly told authorities that he does not want to talk about where he gets his cocaine from. He ended up asking for an attorney, the complaint said.
Authorities told him they were seizing his Jaguar. That vehicle is registered to a person living in Michigan, according to the complaint.

Octavio said he had the Jaguar for a year and bought it online. He said he went to Michigan to buy it and paid around $10,000 for it.
