ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (WFRV) — Two Wisconsin men were arrested early Thursday after a police chase ended in a head-on collision with a squad car.
According to the St. Francis Police Department, an officer attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 2400 block of East Howard Avenue in St. Francis. The stop was initiated because the vehicle’s registered owner, a 46-year-old Milwaukee man, had a revoked driver’s license and a warrant with the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office related to a prior OWI arrest.
