The Latest from Storm Team 5…
A warm front lifting to our west helped bring in a few fair weather, mid and high level clouds afternoon, but highs still managed the 70s and even low 80s.
Tonight, plan on increasing clouds with lows in the mid to upper 50s. The presence of clouds should prevent fog formation and lows from falling into the 40s.
Tomorrow will actually be our coolest day for almost a week, as mostly cloudy skies and an easterly wind will limit highs to the upper 60s lakeside, low to mid 70s elsewhere. This is still about 10 degrees above our normal high.
Clouds for the morning on Thursday will give way to sunshine, highs will make there way into the upper 70s and low 80s, with low 70s lakeside.
Friday will be the first of three days of some near record highs for a run of three days. Sunshine and strong southwest wind will push highs into the low and mid 80s. Forecast for Green Bay is 83°, the record is 86° from 2023.
Southwest winds could gust to 40mph on Saturday and Sunday, keeping highs in the low to mid 80s. The forecast high on Saturday is 86°, the record is 84° from 2007. On Sunday, the forecast high is 84°, the record is 86°.
Cold front moves through overnight Sunday into early Monday bringing our next rain chance, but it wont amount to much to snap us out of a growing deficit.
